Non-Profit Organization in Louisiana

Louisiana Support Enforcement Association (LSEA) is a non-profit organization recognized under IRS Section 501(c)(3). Our association is a collaborative effort of Federal and State governments, District Attorneys, the Judiciary, private enterprises, and various organizations.

Child Support Enforcement Program

Our primary objective is to foster education, improvement, and the execution of child and medical support orders within Louisiana. Our mission is to streamline the operation of the child support enforcement program in Louisiana, developing a consistent legal approach to administrative procedures and issues at all levels.

What We Do

We serve as a liaison for agencies interacting with the IV-D program, provide advice on policy and procedure, analyze Federal and State legislation affecting the program, and offer guidance to agencies training child support enforcement personnel.

We invite you to join our association if you're actively engaged in Louisiana's family support program, administered by the Department of Children and Family Services under Sub-Chapter 'D' of Title IV of the Social Security Act.
