**The exhibitor fee includes two full registrations for all activities. Please list names in the comments section of the cart.

The early bird registration fee of $100.00 for includes membership dues for the next year,
the luncheon, evening events, door prizes and giveaways. Registration for CLE credit is an additional $50.00. 

The $200.00 registration fee for other attendees includes CLE registration, the luncheon, evening events, door prizes and giveaways.
The $100.00 registration fee for the spouse or guest of a Conference Attendee will include all events unless the spouse or guest registers for individual events.
